Art. 1 Fields of application and modification of terms of sales 
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.denverbike.com

 

Art. 2 Product disponibility
Our product offerings and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.

 

Art. 3 Order validation and electronic signature (Act of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature)
Any order signed by the consumer with "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can be challenged only within the limits provided in these terms and conditions of sale.

 

The "double click" associated with the authentication and non-repudiation and protection of the integrity of messages is an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties as much as a handwritten signature.

 

Art. 4 Terms of Payment and Security
Payments can be done with Visa, Visa Service, Laser and Master Card through secured encrypted SSL Protocol and "Realex 3D Secure" Payer Authentication procedure. Deliveries will be carried out after confirmation of payment by "Realex/UlsterBank"

 

Art. 5 Shipping and handling
All lead times announced are calculated in working days (subject to validation of your order by "Realex"). The delivery date is calculated taking into account the time of preparation and shipment to which is added to the delivery of the courrier carrier, typically in 3-10 working days.

 

The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the order process. Your presence is required, as an authorized person, to collect the item. Please ensure that your correct address is provided. Deliveries need to be signed for. Actual time of delivery cannot be confirmed in advance, Denver Srl. will provide you with details of courrier company and tracking number. Your telephone number will be printed together with your address on the delivery docket. Courriers/carriers will leave a calling card if there is no one to take the package. They will normally make 2/3 attempts to deliver, after that the package will be returned to us. You may also call to the nearest depot to collect your parcel. Re-delivery charges will occur.

 

No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays.

 

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number in your email when your goods are dispatched. Simply log on to courrier's web site and check your status.

 

Lost deliveries: In the unlikely event that your package goes missing, we will either arrange to resend the goods or refund your payment after Courrier company agreement. If the package is not returned to us and Courrier company confirm the goods have been signed for at your address we reserve the right to charge you for the goods.

 

Address: Please ensure the correct address details are given for your order. Deliveries can be made to working addresses if credit card address is verified.

 

International Orders (outside Italy): Delivery charges have to be confirmed. Tax free invoicing is possible for Customers outside European Union. Customers outside European Union will be responsible for custom or duty fee. Please check your local custom office.

 

Art. 6 Force Majeure
Denver Srl. cannot be held liable for the breach of contract, due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure.

 

As for the products purchased to meet business needs, Denver Srl. shall not be liable for any damages because of these, business interruption, loss of profits, damages or expenses that may arise.

 

Art. 7 Guarantee, Aftersale
The frame of your bicycle is guaranteed for 2 years – Bicycles must be stored in a dry place when not in use.
Any damage to the frame or its structure due to accidents or paint scratching is not covered by the guaranty.
Components are guaranteed for 2 years.
This covers manufactures defects, but does not cover damage by crashing, abuse, or general wear and tear.
All bicycles must be regularly serviced by a trained mechanic, should a warranty claim be submitted for componants that are over 3 months old proof of maintanance will be required. 
Returned goods under guaranty must be clean.

 

Art. 8 Privacy Policy
Denver Srl. is committed to protecting your right to privacy. We value your business and appreciate your return business.To process and ship your order, denverbike.com need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address and e-mail address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process subsequent orders more quickly. Your Credit Card details are not stored in our server; we will therefore request details at subsequent orders.

 

Denver Srl. gives you its assurance that it will not pass or sell on any of your information to any third party under any circumstances.
