Faulty Goods:
All goods sold by Denver Srl. are covered as follow:

The frame of your bicycle is guaranteed for 2 years – Bicycles must be stored in a dry place when not in use.
Any damage to the frame or its structure due to accidents or paint scratching is not covered by the guaranty.
Components are guaranteed for 2 years.
This covers manufactures defects, but does not cover damage by crashing, abuse, or general wear and tear.
All bicycles must be regularly serviced by a trained mechanic, should a warranty claim be submitted for componants that are over 3 months old proof of maintanance will be required. 
Returned goods under guaranty must be clean.

If an item has a defect, which does not appear within the first 21 days, please email for a return authorization.

We do reserve the right to turn down a return if the item appears damaged due to misuse or wrong assembly: 
Please read carefully user's manual – bicycle should be assembled, carefully fitted to your size and serviced by a qualified bicycle mechanic. Some manufacturers require items be sent directly to them for repairs, so please contact before sending product back.

Faulty goods should be clean.

Sorry Postage costs are not covered.

Goods wrongly delivered, or damaged in transit
If we send the wrong goods by mistake, or the goods arrive damaged we will be happy to refund the standard cost of posting the goods back to us. (Mainland Europe).
